
INGREDIENTS:
Preparing Method
1: Take water( as required ) in a pot and bring it to boil. Add 300 grams spaghetti and 1 & 1/5 tea spoon of salt in it and boil 4-5 minutes untill spaghetti is done .
2: Strain and rinse the spaghetti and add 1-2 table spoons of oil to prevent it from sticking and set a side.
3: In a bowl add 1 table spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 table spoon of white vinegar, 1 tea spoon of white pepper powder, 1/2 tea spoon of salt or to taste, 1 tea spoon of garlic powder . Mix it well and add 300 grams of bone less chicken stripes and 1/4 tea spoon of baking soda. Mix it well nd let it rest for 15 minutes.
4: In a cooking pot put 2 table spoon of cooking oil and marinated chicken pieces. Cook it 4-5 minutes untill its done . Set it a side for later use.
5: In a bowl add 2 table spoons of soy sauce, 3 rable spoons of chilli sauce , 1 table spoon of chilli garlic sauce, 2 table spoons of oyester sauce, 1 table spoon of sesame oil, 1 table spoon of sugar, 1 tea spoon of salt or to taste and 1 tea spoon of black pepper powder. Mix them together. This is your yummy chowmein sauce ready! 😋
6: In a cooking pot put 2 table spoons of cooking oil , 1 cup julienne carrots, 1 cup julienne capsicum, 1& 1/2 cup shredded cabbage . Saute them for 2 minutes and set them a side .
7: In that same pot put 2-3 table spoons of oil, 8-10 sliced garlic cloves, 2 table spoons white spring onion . Saute them for a minute.
Assemble Time
8: Add boiled spaghetti in sautéed garlic and onions and mix it well, add fried chicken ,mix it, add prepared yummy chow mein sauce , mix it , add stir fried vegetables and mix, mix , mix. Sprinkle some (green onion ) leaves.
