Refreshing sabudana/sagudana drink  |  Tapioca  drink  recipe

Ingredients;

1: Hot water 5 – 6 cups
2:   instant jelly 1 pack 80 grams (flavour of your choice)
3: Sagudana (Tapioca sago) 1/2 cup
4: Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 1 and 1/2 tbs
5: Dhudh (Milk) 2 cups
6: Lal sharbat (Rose syrup) 1/4 cup
7:  Condensed milk 2 – 3 tbs
8: Ice cubes

How to make it?

1: Take 2 cups of hot warer in a pot and mix 1 pack of jelly in it . Pour it in a flat bottom pot and let it cool and refrigerate untill set. Once it set cut it into small cubes and set aside.

2: Take 2 – 3 cups in a pot and bring it to boil . Add 1/2 cup sagudana (Tapioca sago). Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until transparent. Strain it, rinse it with normal water and set aside.

3: Soak 1& 1/2 tbs of Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) in water for 5 – 6 minutes

4: In 2 – 3 cups of milk add 1/4 cup of lal sharbat (Rose syrup), 2 -3 tbs of Condensed milk, mix it well and set aside.

Assemble time 😍

In a jug add some ice cubes, coloured jelly cubes, cooked tapioca sago, soaked basil seeds, and prepared milk. Mix them together and enjoy refreshing and healthy drink .
