When you decide to introduce solids to your baby. First question comes in mind is : what food do I start with?
Well you don’t need any difficult recipes. In the beginning, solids are just a small part of the day.
Breast milk or formula is still the main source of nutrition.
At this early stage the food you will offer to the baby is more about him/her exploring the texture and taste and learning which food is causing allergy or intolerance .
